Carlos Piñeyroa Sierra

Carlos Piñeyroa Sierra, degree in Law by University of Zaragoza, MBA by IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa), Master in Human Resources by the UDIMA, Postgraduate by the School of Legal Practice of the University of Zaragoza, Postgraduate in Neurolinguistic Programming, Coordinating Professor of the Specialization Title in Restorative Justice of the University of Zaragoza.

With extensive experience in the development of teams and human resources, he has worked in companies such as Solvay Química (multinational company) TUZSA (urban transport company in Zaragoza +1000 employees) and Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón, among others.

He is currently Managing Director of Initland, the System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Init Group. Initland is monitoring more than 50 start ups every day and developing consultancy for big firms in innovation and strategy.

Since 2004 he has also been working as a freelance consultant for Innovation in the management of people through his model called “Concentric”.

He has published “The value of the word of the word that humanizes us” and has participated in several collective publications on issues of mediation and negotiation.

He currently writes a monthly column in business for “El Periódiico de Aragón”, and he is a tertullian in the program “Hoy por Hoy” in Cadena Ser Aragon.
